TRV|X is our core strength and conditioning class focused on building full-body strength, improving movement, and developing overall fitness. Workouts combine barbell lifts, dumbbells, kettlebells, and functional movements with conditioning elements to help members get stronger, move better, and build long-term fitness.
SWEAT is a conditioning-focused class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and work capacity. These sessions often include intervals, circuits, and bodyweight movements paired with equipment like bikes, rowers, and sleds to keep your heart rate up and your body moving.
SWIFT is a shorter, fast-paced workout designed to help members fit training into a busy schedule. These sessions focus on efficient strength and conditioning work that delivers an effective workout in less time while still building strength and fitness.
GRIT is a strength-focused class designed to help members develop muscle, improve lifting technique, and build foundational strength. Sessions often center around major lifts such as squats, deadlifts, presses, and pulls, paired with accessory movements to support long-term strength development.
Boxing classes focus on skill development, conditioning, and stress relief through boxing-based training. Members learn basic striking techniques while working through combinations on bags and pads, paired with conditioning drills that deliver a challenging full-body workout.
